Spacious studio, independent, 10 minutes walk from the basilica and 15 minutes from the city center It is accessible for disabled people, with a walk-in shower and separate toilet for wheelchair access. Hair dryer. The studio has a bed for two people, manually adjustable feet and backs, a sofa bed for two people, a table and four chairs. A baby cot and its necessities are available on request. It is equipped with a kitchenette: sink, fridge, two hotplates, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishes etc and all that will allow you to prepare your breakfast and other meals. Iron and ironing board. Hair dryer. The wi-fi connection is at your disposal Possibility to park your car on site. Sheets and towels are provided on request with a supplement of 12 € per bed. Because we operate as a cottage, too: - You can bring your sheets and towels. - Similarly, if you agree to leave the studio as you found it.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Cécile et François (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
