Coachhouse is located just two minutes' walk from the lake and sand beach, in the heart of the Fermanagh Lakelands, just 20mins drive from the island town of Enniskillen- best kept town winner for many years. Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the maeket town of Lisnaskea, the house has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting on saturday mornings at Clogher, and many excellent restaurants for eating out- including the newly opened French restaurant

The villa benefits from its own private tennis court (opening 2013), private forest walk, large playing lawn for any ball games -fully surrounded in wood fencing- perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a beautiful rose garden with stunning lake views, furnished with a picnic table and deck chairs to enable you to dine al fresco.

With four double bedrooms, and four bath rooms the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Free access to Games room: snooker table, pool and table football. Outdoors: badminton and croquet, football and childrens play area- sand pit swings, slide 14'trampoline. Archery lessons available- and mountain bikes for hire (extra charge). only a few miles from new Mountain bike circuit.

There is croquet and badminton equipment on site and a store containing good quality recliner chairs and pads, fridge for fishing bait, additional picnic gear, place for drying outside clothing etc, OS maps, jigsaws, toys and board games with some reference books and novels/ childrens books.

There is a hot tub and sauna available for exlusive, unlimited, private use (surcharge applies). There are sun loungers, recliner chairs with seat pads.We have bikes and kayaks available for hire. Archery instruction and badminton coaching are also available on site. Babysitting service available. Bed available for extra person at surcharge per stay

The four acre site has ample room for the children to play or just stroll around at leisure in the well kept gardens. The tennis court fully enclosed and well drained natural grass will be available in 2013 and fully flood lit. The games room has Wi Fi, Wii and professional Slate bed snooker table, along with a host of toys and games.
The forest walk joins onto the 2mile lake side walk and being flat is ideal for easy walking jogging or cycling and of course been off road is very safe. It is also a local nature reserve. Bikes to hire on site or try your hand at shooting or archery.
