From the owner

This beautiful private farmhouse sits on its own 41 acre farm with lough views and private lough foreshore, giving the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.

The cottage consists of a super king-size, twin with shower/en-suite and a king size bedroom with fully tiled family bathroom and shower upstairs.

Two ground floor living rooms have been tastefully furnished with high class and antique furnishings, both containing televisions, open fires and wood burning stoves, giving the opportunity to relax and gain peace and quiet.

The well equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and fridge freezer. It also contains a radio and an ipad docking station and the dining table seats 6.

The property has oil fired central heating and fuel for the wood burner is included in the price of your stay.

The fields surrounding the farm are stocked with Fermanagh cattle sheep and sometimes a friendly horse or two. Children are welcome to feed the animals.

There is ample parking for cars, motor-homes or boats.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Nichola (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
