Welcome To Kaminia Villas.

Kaminia Villas is located amongst the foothills and tranquil olive grove area of Lithakia on the Ionian Sea island of Zakynthos, Greece.

It is within 12km of Zakynthos town and 10km from the airport. The local beach, Kaminia, is a secluded yet easily accessible beach with calm waters and panoramic views of Laganas Bay and the “turtle island” Marathonisi. The local village Lithakia with its historical church and its friendly and family-owned traditional tavernas, bakery & mini-market is 1.5km away.

With its extensive unspoilt surrounds, these private villas are ideal for guests looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

There are three villas, two of which are available for rental use throughout the year. The owner stays in one of the three villas and acts as host to meet, greet and assist guests with their requests during their stay.

There is also a swimming pool [9m by 5m] for guests to use during the Summer months.

A Private boat is also available from the local beach for excursions to nearby Marathonisi island, Lagana Bay and Keri Caves.

The villas are set within stone-walls and the grounds [approx 2,700 sqm / in total] includes south-facing landscaped garden areas with matured olive trees, flower-beds, stone-paved walkways, shaded seating/rest areas nearby olive trees, open areas nearby the pool and traditional stoned-built barbecue stoves. Also, there is a fruit & vegetable section in the garden with seasonal pickings for guests. Each year [normally November], extra virgin olive oil is produced from the olives from the garden and a sample bottle is included in the welcome pack for guests. There is also a private driveway / car parking area.

Each of the villas is decorated with comfortable furniture and modern appliances [including air-conditioning, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dish-washer, tv with dvd-player]. For each villa, there are two first-floor bedrooms, each room with twin-beds and an extra pull-out bed, and there is also a sofa-bed in the open-plan living area on the ground floor. There is a first-floor bathroom and a ground floor shower/wash room. Each villa has a front north-facing first-floor balcony and can comfortably sleep up to 6 persons. The indoor area of each villa is approx 100 sq.m plus spacious front and rear verandas.

Why can't I call Sai (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sai (the owner) a message.

If Sai (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
