Three Dolphins, Anguilla is an elegantly furnished small estate on the British West Indies Isle of Anguilla and provides a most private escape for the discriminating traveler. The Villa has been lovingly "restored and refurnished" inside and out Post Irma by her new Owners.

Overlooking its own secluded strand of white sand beach directly in front of the house it has breathtaking views of the neighboring islands of St. Martin, St. Bart's and Saba. The Villa offers a totally equipped enclave for a family or small group holiday.

The 8000 square foot compound is comprised of the Main House, with three air conditioned king size bedroom suites, living room, dining room and air conditioned media room, fully open to the outdoor decks and terraces through moveable, wooden louvered doors. A two bedroom air conditioned Cabana provides additional room for Guests with a shared master bath and private outdoor shower. Two thousand sq ft of brand new outdoor decks with ample seating and dining for 12+ round out the living spaces of the Villa. Gentle ocean breezes cool you throughout the year in this perfectly placed home.

An adjacent brand new gourmet kitchen can be used to prepare simple al fresco meals or host a multi course catered dining event. We have added air conditioning in the kitchen and there is a stackable washer / dryer unit which may be used by Guests during their stay. The outdoor grill area has additional seating for the chef to relax while BBQing.

The Ocean Front 40X15 foot freshwater pool is perfect for floating the day away and the new outdoor shower is the perfect spot to rinse off post beach or pool.

The Beach area is accessed by a stone walkway and is wonderful for children and perfect for snorkeling. (Post Irma, the beach comes and goes, but snorkeling is still wonderful.)

The villa maintains two permanent housekeepers and grounds staff to ensure that our Guests needs are consistently provided for. Our Villa Manager is available to personally tailor your stay and can help organize all your needs from provisioning, to private chefs, babysitters, car rentals, and transfers by ferry from St. Martin. We can also arrange for private onsite yoga and fitness instruction, massages, face painting for the kids, tee times at Cuisinart's course, tennis, etc. etc. ~ anything to make your stay perfect!

Anguilla is renowned for its wonderful restaurants and beaches and Three Dolphins is ideally located to take advantage of all these 'Tranquility in Blue' assets.

This stay was for January 2016 not 2017. Could you Please read your wife's review 'my happy place'? We have not provided snorkeling gear for some years now as they are always getting lost. Thank you for saying it was a nice stay, a cool place, and location, and if your 'badness' was no snorkel gear and your wife's 'happiness' was the villa and how wonderful it was... I don't really know what to say. I will point out that on your signed and initialed contract you were told about the mobile phone (and the telephone number for it) before your arrival and it also stated the maid/housekeepers times and hours. They are there for your convenience and are quite happy to leave early or not come in at all if you want privacy. Also, we do have a regular landline phone in the study, which is always in use at the villa and totally unaffected by any internet loss that may have occurred on the island. Before your rental, your wife wrote telling me you had poor vision, so I hope the step down into the villa, was not too much of a problem for you, as we have never found it to be a problem before. One of my children is registered blind and they have always negotiated the set of steps in the house with ease. We do try to get things fixed asap if possible which I hope was not too much of an inconvenience ...as these things don't tell us when they are going to happen but it is great that you said they came and fixed the toilet which I believe was leaking. As this was over a year ago I cannot remember the stereo not working, and I cannot find any emails from you about it, but I am sure if you had let us know we would have tried to fix that as well. I know we also supplied an Elon stereo which can play ipods or iphones as well and can be taken around the property and near the pool and can work on solar power as well. Again, all I can say is that it seems reading your review and then your wife's, and knowing that you both stayed at the same time, I am so sorry to find you both had such differing experiences.

Why can't I call Lisa (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Lisa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
