This is one of 5 interlinked apartments in the same building that together sleep up to 48 people. This particular apartment is a beautiful, secure, no-smoking apartment that sleeps up to 10 adults, or a family including 7 children plus there is a cot available. 3 bedrooms (Bedroom 1 is a quadruple, made up of 2 x singles that can convert to a double and a bunk) Bedroom 2 has a bunk plus a single) (Bedroom 3 is a single en-suite). The living room has a double sofa bed. There are 2 x shower rooms, (1 being en suite) a fully fitted kitchen and lounge with dining area. Flat-screen TVs with DVDs in all bedrooms and lounge. Wi-fi is free. The apartment is in beautiful condition with sprinklings of art in each room and includes luxurious bedding and towels. This apartment is ideal for visitors to Liverpool and is a terrific 65% saving on the City Centre which is only 4.5 miles away (15 mins by car or 20 by bus) Even better because the parking is on-road and free this is another saving of up to £25 per day compared to the City Centre. Alder Hey Hospital is just 4 minutes drive. Walton/Fazakerley Hospital is 15 minutes.The price is less for just 2 or 4 people and may be more expensive at peak times. This is a no smoking apartment. Liverpool has so much to offer and, outside London, has possibly the most beautiful city centre in the UK. Shop till you drop, watch premiership football, at both Liverpool and Everton. Visit Knowsley Safari Park or ferry across the Mersey. Take in a top show at the Empire Theatre, a comedy play at the Royal Court or an arty play at the Everyman. How about a Beatles tour or a visit to one of our many museums or art galleries. With more stunning parkland, trees and golf-courses than any city outside London, Liverpool is an absolute must at any time of the yearThe apartments are very secure so are ideal for families and business people alike. Visitors are centrally situated for any part of Liverpool, Aintree racecourse is 12 minutes, Royal Birkdale is 25 mins away, Royal LIverpool 35 mins, the City Centre is 12 minutes. The football stadia are 15 minutes. Liverpool Airport is 20 minutes away, Golf courses are as close as 4 minutes. Pubs and supermarkets are a few minutes. Buses stop outside and Roby train station is 2 minutes away with free parking. Everywhere is on your doorstep. For the peace and quiet of visitors in neighbouring apartments, an extra (refundable) deposit may be required for "young people" who are visiting Liverpool to party.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Julie (the owner) a message.

If Julie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
