The Location:

As you can see from our pictures our apartment is situated in the heart of the city, there are very few apartment blocks closer than ours. We are opposite the Albert Dock which houses the Echo Arena, we are next to the new Liverpool One shopping complex and are about 10 minutes walk from Lime Street station. We are approximately 15-20 minutes by bus from Liverpool John Lennon airport, 10 minute walk from Lime Street train station, 15 minute walk from Norton Street coach station.

The Apartment:

Please note this is a residential block and as such I do not wish for the apartment to be used as a party pad. I also live in the block and any noise issues will result in immediate termination of the let. I have a studio apartment that has a fixed double bed along with a sofa bed for guest use. There is a fully stocked galley kitchen should you need to use it and also a full size bathroom which has a bath with shower over. Fresh bed linen and towels will be supplied along with mini toiletries should you need them for your use. There is wardrobe and drawer space for you to store your clothes.

Guest Access

Either myself or my partner will meet you at the apartment and show you how to use appliances etc.

Interaction with Guests

We will be available via email or telephone during your stay should you need to contact us for any reason.

The Neighbourhood

We love living in the city. During the winter we have the ice festival on our doorstep where you can visit Santa Claus or go ice skating with friends or grab a hot chocolate from one of the many stalls around the city. During the summer months the city is alive until after dark (and until light again), it's great to see the city so vibrant and multicultural now and you will not be short of things to do or see.

Getting Around

Liverpool is a very compact city that has great transport links to the suburbs so whether you wish to visit the beach, the countryside or the mountains we have great access. We also have a few hop on hop off buses which are always good to get your bearings of the city and of course we have to mention our "ferry cross the mersey".

As stated earlier this is a residential block of apartments and if there are any complaints relating to noise we reserve the right to withhold the damage deposit in full.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Brian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
