A fantastic base for a fun filled Skiing holiday!

Enjoying spacious and highly flexible accommodation this wonderful Ski chalet apartment is ideal for large groups or families of up to seven.

The property throughout enjoys lovely natural wooden ceilings, furnishings and parquet flooring to reflect the beautiful surrounding mountainside, which can be enjoyed all year round.

The first floor living and dining room is very spacious and practical with a fully fitted kitchen diner complete with oven, cooking hob and dishwasher. The dining area is perfect for accommodating large groups for sit down meals and a sunny terrace outside is perfect for alfresco dining!

Guests can also enjoy dining out during their stay at the wide selection of restaurants in the resort which include popular Pizzerias and authentic rustic style restaurants.

The accommodation is spacious, bright and follows the same home-from-from natural wood style of the main reception room with warm pine wooden ceiling, solid wood furniture and parquet flooring.

All three bedrooms feature a set of twin single beds which can be twinned to create a double or kept separate for individual guests. One bedroom also features a third single bed, making this room particularly popular with young children staying in family groups.

A spacious modern bathroom features a marble topped washbasin with vanity area, power shower, WC and bidet completes this beautiful family-friendly property.

Enjoying close proximity to the resorts amenities means guests can fully enjoy all the facilities on offer which include a good choice of ski runs, one of the best snowboard parks in Europe, a fitness centre and Spa and a fantastic range of designer shops all enjoying tax free prices!

Guests can also enjoy ice climbing, dog sledding, snow Go-Karting, horse riding and swimming.

The nightlife is also second to none, with Livigno being the world’s ultimate bar-hopping Ski resort with 140 bars to choose from and enjoy! The pizzerias and rustic restaurants also provide wonderful authentic dining experiences for you and your guests to enjoy due to the freedom which comes with a flexible self-catering stay!We offer a range of extra facilities, which are available for hire through our local property manager: Cot Hire - EU 20 per week, High Chair - EU 15 per stay, Push Chair - EU 25 per stay, Camp Bed – EU 20 per night (not in all properties a bed can added, please check first), Wi-Fi or Mobile Internet Stick - EU 35 per stay. Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
