Providing a fabulous location in the rolling mountainside of the Italian Alps Ski resort of Livigno, this modern and inviting Ski chalet home offers the perfect self-catering retreat to complement and enhance your Ski holiday, with all the desired home comforts to hand!

The 40sqm chalet apartment comprises a large and inviting open plan living area, which features a comfortable sitting area with flat screen TV ideal for unwinding in front of after an action-packed day on the slopes. A fully-equipped kitchen also provides guests with the opportunity to cook during their stay.

All the desired cooking appliances are conveniently to hand including an electric hob, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. The dining area to the kitchen provides an inviting and informal area in which to enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal and guests are only moments away from the impressive selection of resort restaurants.

The spacious master bedroom is furnished in a similar warm and restful style with pine double bed and furniture to complement the warm soft terracotta hues which make this room so pleasant and inviting.

A modern bathroom fitted with a power shower, wash basin, vanity mirror, WC and bidet completes the internal layout of the ski chalet apartment and guests are able to make use of the shared laundry facilities and heated Ski boot and storage room. A private garage is also provided for guest’s use.

From the chalet, the picturesque surroundings of the Italian Alps can be fully appreciated, with breathtaking mountain tops and pretty alpine woodland encasing the landscape and providing a magical backdrop throughout the year as the seasons change.

The vibrant heart of Livigno is just moments away from the chalet and guests can enjoy the fabulous holiday community here. To complement the enviable Snowboard Park and fantastic range of Ski runs, the resort also features a modern Wellness centre with Gym, Swimming Pool and Spa with steam rooms, treatment rooms and Saunas; to provide the perfect option for unwinding the body and mind after an action-packed day on the slopes!

Livigno also enjoys tax haven status, and as such offers a fantastic range of shops selling Designer outdoor wear and equipment for sport lovers and enthusiasts.

A wide selection of cafes and restaurants are provided in the resort and the nightlife is second to none with pubs, bars, live music venues and nightclubs to enjoy every day of the week!

Aside from skiing and snowboarding, Livigno also offers opportunities in the winter time to enjoy dog sledding, ice climbing, snow Go-karting and more! How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
