Livigno, typical arc aplino country between Switzerland and Italy, situated at 1816 meters altitude. A paradise for lovers of nature and sport that offers guests many activities both winter (skiing, snowmobiling, horseback riding, ice skating, etc. ..) and winter (Trekking, Mountain Bike, climbing, horse riding Nordic Walking, etc. ..). in all of this you will find Giacomo apartment located on the system of San Rocco ski lift No. 17 connected around the carousel 3000. the Giacomo apartment can be combined Maja apartment in the same building for families request to stay close and together. The apartment has a kitchen complete with oven with microwave, dishwasher and equipment for cooking, Internet access, satellite TV and hairdryer in the bath, shower dries towels. Also private parking and heated ski storage. Optional heated garage, laundry, cleaning and linen. .

Getting around

For skiers, the access is directed to the ski slope. To turn Livigno there are free buses that take you anywhere you want, the bus stop is 50 meters from the apartment. Taxis in Livigno are convenient and have 8 seats. To and from the airports on request we can arrange the transfer.

Interaction with guest

On arrival you will be a person who will hand over the keys and give you all the information to spend an unforgettable stay. Possibility to have the ski-school with Matthew (owner) or one of its Masters Ski, Snowboard and Telemark. For the Mountain Bike can give several suggestions of routes thanks to our experience. Garage with bicycle cameras and possibilities for the more expensive ones have a private garage.

Prices include the costs of hot, cold, light, heating (winter) linen and tourist taxes. Any damages exceeding the deposit paid must be reimbursed. Respect the rest hours from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm and from 10:00 pm to 8:30 am. It is forbidden to gather in an apartment to party, invite outside people without notice to the owner.

How do damage deposits work?
