PRIVATE STRUCTURE. The charming and elegant Villa Le Cave is situated on a hill looking out over the sea to the islands of Elba, Corsica and Capraia. Located in the town of Campiglia Marittima, one of the most beautiful historic towns along the Etruscan Coast, it is considered by many to be a corner of paradise. The newly built villa is surrounded by 10 acres of land with Mediterranean scrub and about 2000 olive trees. Within this farm is an olive mill, which can be visited on request. From the garden, villa and pool but, above all, while just relaxing under the portico, you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the sea. The villa has been decorated with refined, quality furniture, giving each corner its own particular character. Ideal for a relaxing holiday, the villa is located a short distance from the airports of Florence and Pisa.

Interior:

The 500 sq m villa has two floors. On the ground floor is a large living area composed of sitting room, dining room and conservatory, with white beamed ceilings and large luminous windows offering a spectacular view of the Golfo di Baratti and opening out onto the portico that runs along the whole house. This first area of the villa is equipped with a TV room, a modern fully-equipped hob in the dining area and a kitchen at the back, one bathroom with shower and laundry corner. Also on this floor is a sleeping area with two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Crossing the conservatory/entrance hall, you come to the south wing consisting of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a toilet and a double bedroom with large windows and French windows that lead out to the portico. Both bedrooms have breathtaking views of the sea. A wooden staircase leads up to the top floor, into a hallway leading to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a bathroom with hydro massage tub and a double bedroom with large windows and access to the beautiful panoramic terrace. Park:

The property is surrounded by 10 hectares of land made up of woodland, Mediterranean scrub and an olive grove of 2000 trees. The park contains a multitude of different species of flowers and plants that make the area even more pleasant. The garden has been rendered more comfortable and cosy thanks to the presence of structures for guests to relax in.

Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The infinity heated swimming pool is situated a few metres from the house on a lower level; it has an irregular shape formed by a rectangular part measuring 14 x 6 m and a semi-circular part with large steps which lead into the water; it has countercurrent function. The depth varies from 40 cm to 2,20 m; it is lined with blue ceramic tiles and has chlorine purification. The sunbathing area is paved in terracotta tiles and is provided with tables and chairs, sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool area is an annex equipped with a kitchen and a bathroom with shower (and solarium bed). It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October.
