The House is surrounded by nature Malin still unspoilt town of Ližnjan, southern Istria. The village overlooks the Kvarner Bay in the Adriatic Sea, with 28 miles of coastline, many of which are wild again.
Less than A 5-minute drive from Casa Malin you arrive at Salbunić Beach, recently renovated to allow easy access to wet water, and a safe area for families with children. There are secluded beaches, for the more adventurous, you can discover unique and spectacular landscapes.
Just 12 km is located the town of Pula, famous for its Roman monuments, but not only: it is possible, at the city's port, starting point for daily excursions to the Islands found in abundance near the Croatian coast. There is no shortage in the city, typical restaurants and international cuisine, and nightlife venues.
The House is accessed by a bright entrance and leads to a large living room furnished with seating and pati area adjacent to the kitchen with the outlet of the garden and courtyard. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and various accessories. On the ground floor is the bathroom.
From the living room, a wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where there are three bedrooms and bath patronale equipped with hydromassage bath and shower.
A room is furnished in antique style and two in modern style.
