Large rural house situated at 1000 m altitude, in agricultural, livestock and forestry. Surrounded by meadows and forests, in a very quiet area with great panoramic views, 125 km from Barcelona and 17 km from the ski resort of Port del Comte.

It is an ideal place for nature lovers, or for families with children, because here they can run freely. Here you will find places of great natural and scenic beauty, away from the crowds.

This large House, is a good example of Catalan rural architecture. The main part of the building, inhabited by the owners, is from the 18th century, although the first written reference of the House is the year 1029: 1000 years of history. Another part of the House has been transformed into two independent rural lodgings, with a capacity of 4 to 6 people each. Dishwasher, washing machine, are composed of Hall, lounge dining room very wide (table accommodating up to 12 people), 2 bedrooms with bathroom in each one and fully equipped kitchen, with fridge, induction cooker, oven, microwave etc... Each apartment has a bedroom with double bed (1'50 x 2'00 m) and another room with three single beds (0'90 x 2'00 m). There is also a fireplace, television screen TVs and internet access (free wifi). There is heating in the House floor.

Outside, there are large spaces, and a large meadow of grass, ideal for running or playing. On the back of the House there is a small church, which gives a special charm to the whole. Large swimming pool 12 x 5 m, with area for children. Each apartment has private BBQ.

In the surrounding area are many wild flowers and aromatic and medicinal plants: thyme, Rosemary, oregano, lavender, savory, arnica etc... If you're a bird lover, you will find a wide variety, especially in spring and summer. We recommend you listen to their songs in the middle of the night, around the entire House. An unforgettable experience.

House is located in the North of the comarca of Solsonès, therefore there is very close from here mountains of great beauty and charm. Ideal for excursions on foot or by mountain bike. From routes short and simple hiking trails to more experienced. Very close from here water sports can be practiced.

The city of Solsona lies 14 km. It is a city with a rich heritage historical and cultural, with more than 2000 years of history. It preserves a magnificent medieval old town with Cathedral and various Gothic palaces. It is a city that offers all the services: supermarkets, diverse shops, banks, hospital etc...

Ski resort of Port del Comte, (20 minutes) as well as the highest peaks of these montañas(entre 2000 y 2400m de altitud) is also within walking distance.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Fina ó Joan (the owner) a message.

    If Fina ó Joan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
