Beautiful Luxury Villa with place for up to 11 persons, with loads of natural light located next to Llafranc’s church.

Brief Villa Description:

Big Luxury Villa with three floors plus a garage for cars or motorbikes, with three terraces, an elevator that goes to all floors, private garden and private swimming pool. The Villa has a total surface of aprox. 550m2. Central house heating available during winter rentals. Wi-Fi available in the living room and all the house Suites.

The Villa:

-Villa Suites

Suite 1: Big Luxury Suite with terrace and a big Double Bed. It also has a private bathroom with two wash basins, shower, bidet and toilet. Baby cot available in case it is needed. Located on the third floor.

Suite 2: Double Bed with country cottage. It has a private bathroom with a washbasin, bathtub, bidet and toilet. Located on the third floor.

Suite 3: Big Double Bed with two big wardrobes and a private bathroom with a washbasin, a bathtub and a toilet. Located on the first floor.

Suite 4: Spacious room with one single bed and one berth with two single beds. Private bathroom with two washbasins, a bathtub, a bidet and a toilet. Located on the second floor.

Suite 5: Two single beds with a private toilet with washbasin, shower, bidet and toilet. Located on the second floor.

Bathroom 6: Bathroom with washbasin, shower, bidet and toilet.

External Shower: Normally used after swimming on the pool or when coming from the beach. Spacious shower to get the salt away.

Sheets, towels and duvets included on the booking.

-Living Room

As you can see on the pictures, the spacious living room on the second floor offers great sea views either from the terrace with a couch and some comfortable sofas or from the interior sofas. During wintertime, you can enjoy a fireplace next to the big flat screen TV.

Dining table with classic leather chairs for 10 people. When seating on the chairs the guest must be dry in order to preserve the leather.

-Kitchen

Includes all kind of cooking facilities and equipment. Facilities include a microwave, an oven, a dishwashing machine, gas stove, fridge and freezer. It has also a small table ideal for small children.

-Yellow Room

Located on the first floor, the yellow room has got yellow sofas inside around the TV next to the fireplace. It has access to the outside terrace that is next to the swimming pool and the garden.

-Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is approximately 6 meters wide and 2 meters deep.

Sun loungers available to get a sun tan. There is also a BBQ on the backyard.

-Cleaning Room

From the Suite 1 and from the kitchen you can throw the dirty clothes to the Cleaning Room on the first floor where the washing and drying machines are.

-Garage

Room available for one car and bicycles or motorbikes. If said previously, there is a possibility to park two cars inside. Also, there is a private space in front of the garage with space for two more cars.
