Catalan farmhouse of the s. XVI completely rebuilt in stone and using recycled old materials to make it as reliable as possible to the local rural architecture, without forgetting the technological needs of today. Located at 2.5 km. from Llagostera, 4.5 km away. from the Caldes de Malavella train station and 11 km. Girona airport or its AVE station provides an excellent connection with the local, national or international public. Our privileged location puts us 15 minutes by car from the beaches, leisure and big shops of the Costa Brava, 10 minutes from one of the best golf courses in Spain such as the PGA Catalunya and 20 minutes from Girona and its gastronomic culture . 80 hectares of land endow Can Gascons with great natural spaces for hiking, mountain biking or fishing in any of its two private lakes. The green fields surrounding the farmhouse are pure extensions of its gardens where there is a large outdoor pool and a paddle tennis court. Annexes, are the corrals of the free-range chickens, ducks and geese, which provide the guest with as many eggs as he wants and requires for his stay. Your garden of 600 m2 planted according to the season offers an assortment of fresh produce from the garden to the plate, serve yourself what you please without any extra cost. Inside are the 7 bedrooms, all with their own bathroom and equipped with central heating and ceiling fan, a fully equipped kitchen, two large dining rooms, a two-story library arranged by reading books and several rooms to read at the edge of the fireplace, satellite TV, wi-fi, billiards and table football and two outdoor porches with BBQ Argentina and grill, chill-outs and tables where breakfast, lunch or dinner in summer as well as a terrace facing west where enjoy enviable sunsets. Special rates in low season for lovers of golf and mountain and road cycling. Our experience goes further and we are experts in conducting weddings and events.

Attached to the house there is an apartment where during the stay of the guest resides someone from the property for two reasons, to attend to the needs and questions that the guest has at any time of the day or night, and secondly to take care of the animals that the property has, sheep, chickens, ducks ... also offers to visit the farm, a highly recommended activity for families and for the little ones.

Why can't I call Javier (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Javier (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Javier (the owner) a message.

If Javier (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
