ASCENSOR en el edificio (ideal para abuelos y papis con carritos bebés)

- Situado en el CASCO ANTIGUO del municipio.

Todos los Servicios muy próximos: Caminando:

Farmacia 1min- Horno y Prensa 2min- Carnicería y Cajero Banco 3min-

Piscina Municipal 5min- Hípica 7min- Golf 1Km- etc

Uno de ellos, el que permite sentar a 4 personas, por la noche, si se desea,

se puede transformar en un Cómodo Sofá-Cama doble (medidas nórdicas ik 2x1,40)

para una o dos personas más, de modo que por la noche, a demanda,

la Sala de estar-Comedor se puede transformar en la tercera Habitación.

El servicio se abonará EN METÁLICO, y SIEMPRE al recibir el Servicio,

A 5min a pie del edificio tiene usted a disposición un cajero automático,

donde poder retirar el dinero que pueda necesitar.

5) COMPORTAMIENTO y CONDUCTA:

- DEBERÁN RESPETAR EL DESCANSO DE LOS VECINOS.

- FIESTAS tanto dentro del edificio, como dentro del apartamento,

ni lógicamente tambien en zona exterior comunitária,

están ABSOLUTAMENTE PROHIBIDAS.

6) Nos encantan y amamos las MASCOTAS,

no obstante, lamentablemente NO aceptamos animales de compañia.

IMPORTANTE: Si aún y así, ustedes NO hacen caso de esta norma

y vienen acompañados de su mascota, sepan que a su llegada,

deberán abonar 1 suplemento de 50€/DÍA/ Mascota (por DÍA, NO estancia)

IMPORTANTE: En caso de NO querer pagar este suplemento

y decidir finalmente NO quedarse,

NO se les devolverá importe alguno abonado previamente.

IMPORTANTE: El hecho de alojarse escondiendo alguna mascota,

implica el CESE INMEDIATO del alquiler, y la EXPULSIÓN del apartamento

SIN TENER DERECHO a recuperar parte alguna del importe abonado.

POR FAVOR, Hay que ser serios y honestos, y RESPETAR las Normas de la casa.

7) NÚMERO DE PERSONAS:

-El arrendatario se compromete a NO utilizar/disfrutar la vivienda

con un número de personas mayor al indicado en la Confirmación de Reserva

la INMEDIATA RUPTURA del presente contrato,

Apartamento con vistas despejadas cerca del rio y de los caminos rulades. Buen equipamiento. Se respira paz y tranquilidad por todos lados. Un pequeño oasis de paz y tranquilidad.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ramón (the owner) a message.

If Ramón (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
