Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. Off road parking for three cars. Enclosed lawn garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shop and pub 0.7 miles. Beach 1.7 miles. Note: Whilst the cottage has a no pet policy, the owners do have a dog and live next door. Note: Ty Gwennol is arranged over several split levels and would not be suitable for those who are a little less mobile. Note: Limited mobile signal. Note: The property has a private water supply which is well maintained and regularly checked and inspected by the authorities. Note: This property has an external drying room to dry clothes in.
