Sleeping four people in two bedrooms, this semi-detached cottage on a working farm is close to the beach at Llanbedrog.Stable 2 is a semi-detached cottage on a working livestock farm, in the village of Llanbedrog on the Lleyn Peninsula. There are a double and twin room on the first floor, along with a family bathroom. Downstairs is a fitted kitchen with a dining area, and a sitting room with electric fire. Outside, as well as off road parking for two cars, there is a private patio, shared gardens and shared use of a play area with swings. With the beach a ten minute walk, and the delights of the Lleyn Peninsula all around, Stable 2 is a cosy Welsh property.

Oil-fired Rayburn, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, video, CD/radio, board games/books/DVDs/videos, WiFi (accessed from owner). Fuel and power inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front patio area with furniture, shared gardens, shared use of enlosed play area with swings and football nets. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pubs 7 mins walk. Beach 10 mins walk.

Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Town: Llanbedrog is a small village that sits close to the sea as part of the Lleyn Peninsula. The beach here is extremely popular, benefiting from its southerly aspect. It offers huge expanses of fine sand with glorious views of Cardigan Bay. The shores are often visited by dolphins and porpoises and the sea is also popular for a variety of water-sports. Inland, the panorama is a stunning vista of rolling countryside and rugged Welsh hills. The Snowdonia National Park is within easy access, offering around 82 square miles of unspoilt scenery, which houses a diverse range of flora and fauna. Llanbedrog village also has its own hidden gems, such as Wales' oldest gallery, the Oriel Plas Glyn-Y-Weddw Arts Centre and St. Pedrog's 6th Century church.

Really warm welcome at this beautifully renovated stable. Spacious and cosy at the same time. Extremely comfy beds, and quality linen/ towels supplied. Short walk to beach and costal paths.
