Located near nudist beaches, in a quiet area ideal for living all year, and within walking distance of the train station Llançà (Barcelona-Portbou / Cerbère) and 15 km from the AVE station Figueres / Vilafant. About the house: ground floor of 200 square meters of a house to 4 winds, 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one single), 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, closed kitchen, dining-living room with access to garden with barbecue for rent, terrace and garage. South orientation. Familiar trade. Llançà is a picturesque village on the Costa Brava, with fishing port. It has a perfect micro climate all year round. Ideal for a few quiet days with the family, with footpaths for hiking, wonderful beaches and hidden coves for diving and snorkeling, and top quality restaurants with Michelin star.

    Apreciados huéspedes, Sentimos que la estancia no fuese de su agrado, aunque vale decir que en defensa de nuestro trabajo siempre estamos dispuestos para que estén lo más cómodo posible. Referente a sus quejas hay que decir que, como pone en la descripción, se alquila la planta baja (200m2.) para 6 personas con el suficiente menaje para todos si no se excede dicha cantidad. Las fotografías no están trucadas ni retocadas, simplemente están hechas por un fotógrafo profesional. También y como comprenderán, las hormigas no se pueden controlar fácilmente, pero si se mantiene un cierto orden y limpieza en la casa, se evitan muchos disgustos. Que, como también está especificado en la descripción, hay un cuarto de baño y un aseo. Y finalmente, como dicen ustedes, nosotros vivimos en la planta superior y durante la temporada alta no nos marchamos, así que para cualquier duda o problema estamos siempre a su entera disposición. Reciban un cordial saludo. Atentamente.     How do damage deposits work?
