A newly converted, spacious and very comfortable barn on the edge of Brechfa forest.

Comfy, spacious and well lit open plan kitchen/dining/living room. Stove and oven for cooking, underfloor heating. Mezzanine with king size bed; downstairs with bunk and single. Ideal for a family.

Kitchen with excellent electric oven and gas hob.

TV with access to freeview channels.

Wifi - but slower than you may be used to.

A perfect base for sight seeing, walking, cycling (road and mountain) and riding for which there are many opportunities around. 20 minutes from Carmarthen.

We are very happy to have guests with dogs. Please contact us to discuss BEFORE you book.

    Dogs are welcome but need to be completely under control at all times as we are surrounded farm animals. We have our own very friendly our dog who lives here. You must contact us before booking to discuss your dog(s). For dogs sleeping or spending time inside - normally maximum of two dogs - there will be a charge of £10.00 per dog per stay to cover extra cleaning.

    Otherwise we just ask you maintain and leave the barn in the same welcoming and tidy state you found it in.

The best thing about them apart from the views is that they get easier with practice, I promise - so another reason to come again. And in addtion there are usually really very few cars on them.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
