A semi-detached farm building conversation near Llanllwni, Mid Wales, with two bedrooms accommodating three people.Ty Fferm is a wonderful, semi-detached holiday home that has been converted from a farm building, on the owner's working smallholding near Llanllwni, Mid Wales. The property has a double bedroom and a single room on the first floor, along with a WC. On the upper level of the ground floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen and on the lower level of the ground floor, a sitting room with a dining area. Outside, there is a off road parking for three cars, a shared lawned garden to the front with stunning views of the Carmarthenshire countryside, and a private, enclosed courtyard to the rear with furniture. Ty Fferm is a wonderful getaway base for couples and small families.

Amenities: Ground source underfloor heating and solar panels. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, shared use of washing machine and tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Rear enclosed courtyard with furniture, plus front lawned communal garden. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2.5 miles. Note: There are 5 tread stairs between the lower and upper ground floor levels and a ½ tread to the floor level of the kitchen. Please note: bookings must fall between Friday to Friday. Please Note: This property offers a car charging point available for guests to use on plug in hybrid or full electric cars.

Set on the edge of the Llanllwni Mountain, with stunning heathland and a large area of common land home to grazing ponies, the area enjoys fantastic views across Carmarthenshire, sloping down into the Brechfa Forest and Cothi River valley.
