Town: Situated in the foothills of the Snowdonia Mountain Range, Llanrug is a small village with two pubs and a shop just three miles from the famous town of Llanberis. Popular amongst walkers, this tranquil settlement is set beneath the Snowdon Massif and flanked by the Llyn Padarn and Llyn Peris lakes. As one of the most popular mountain tourist centres in the Snowdonia National Park, Llanberis is an ideal spot for walkers and climbers to gather, particularly during the annual Snowdon marathon. For the less energetic holidaymaker, trains travel to the summit at regular intervals giving those unable to climb to the peak a chance to enjoy the incredible views. Back in the town itself there are a number of excellent places to eat and drink as well as a great choice of shops.

Response from the manager
Good Afternoon Chez2269, Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry that you felt the cleanliness of the property was lacking, the house had just had a full professional deep clean two days before your arrival to get it ready for the new season. The owner has certainly taken on board your comments regarding the mattresses, though this can be subjective and hasn't been mentioned previously. I'm very sorry you did not raise these issues during your stay as, although you feel we couldn't have resolved these for you, we would have loved to try and assist you in any way possible to ensure your time away was as good as it could be! Thanks again for taking the time to let us know your comments. Kind regards, Becki
