This executive luxury top floor apartment with FREE WI FI / INTERNET ACCESS situated literally 30 metres from the beach. The flat forms part of a skilfully converted former Victorian Town House and is designed to cater for people who appreciate the very best in holiday accommodation. All fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality. Hence No Pets, No Smoking and due consideration is expected and appreciated. Extensive accommodation which includes:- Lounge with 2 double settees (one of which converts to a full size double bed), 32"LCD TV with freeview and DVD. Large Kitchen with Oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer,dishwasher, plus table and chairs. Beautiful front bedroom with king double bed and back bedroom with two single beds, both with en-suites. Two large landings with play area. The best accommodation with stunning views across the beach, sea and to the mountains beyond. The beautiful islands of St Tudwals are in your view and with a decent pair of binoculars you might catch a glimpse of Bear Grills who owns one of them.

The town of Pwllheli is referred to as the "Gateway to the Lleyn Peninsula" and enjoys amenities which include excellent shopping, restaurants, as well as a challenging 18-hole part links/part parkland golf course, leisure centre, two wonderful beaches and a prestigious multi-million pound Marina. The owner provides free use of a full set of golf clubs and tennis rackets. There is ample private parking at the rear of the property and extensive parking on the front.

Lovely apartment with amazing view

This is a fantastic base for anyone wanting to explore the Llyn Peninsula. It has everything you need and is beautifully kept. We really enjoyed our stay here. Recommended.

Why can't I call Charlie (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Charlie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
