Welcome to this magnificent country house for 6 people, in the outskirts of Es Llombards.

The magnificent exterior includes a large garden with lots of fruit trees of which you could taste the fruits. Enjoy the summer sun and swim in a chlorine pool 10 x 5 m2 (with a depth ranging from 1 m to 2.60 m) or sunbathe on the terrace with 6 sun loungers. You can spend a pleasant barbecue evening with your family on the fully equipped porch or a large, also fully equipped, terrace. This lovely villa is fenced and there are close neighbours.

This rustic house of 250m2 is distributed over 2 floors. It has 3 bedrooms with AC, one on the ground floor with double bed, and two on the 1st floor with two single beds each. One cot and a highchair are available on request. There are 3 bathrooms in the house, two on the ground floor (one with shower and bathtub, and one with shower located outside the house), and one on the 1st floor with shower. On the groundfloor you will find a dining room equipped with dining table and chairs; and an independent kitchen with gas, equipped with all the utensils needed for cooking. On the 1st floor there is a living room with two sofas, one table and TV. A washing machine iron and ironing board are also available. The house has central heating.

Es Llombards is a small village that belongs to Santanyí. You'll enjoy the magnificent cove "Cala Llombards" formed by the mouth of the torrent of Son Amer/Son Morlà. In the area there are also other magnificent beaches that you can reach driving: Caló des Burgit, Caló des Moro, Caló des Macs, Salmonia Cala, Cala Santanyí, etc. The house is located 5 km from Santanyí, where you can find everything you might need during your stay: supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. In Santanyí you will also find the Natural Park of Mondragó, where you can make beautiful trips. Within 10 km you will get to Cala d'Or with its lively nightlife and wide range of leisure activities. Palma is only 50 minutes away.
