In Es Llombards, Ortsteil von Santanyi, nah zu den Stränden von Es Trenc, Cap Ses Salines und den beschaulichen Badebuchten S`Almunia und Mondrago, entstand dieses Ferienhaus.

Das große Dorfhaus mit massiven Naturstein - Mauern, dessen Ursprung auf den Anfang des letzten Jahrhunderts zurück geht, wurde vollständig renoviert und zu einem komfortablen Ferienhaus umgebaut. Dabei wurde die ursprünglich Struktur weitestgehend erhalten, jedoch mit modernen Materialien auf den neuesten Stand der Technik gebracht, aus ursprünglich 2 Häusern wurde 1 Haus. Es entstanden dadurch interessante Verbindungsmöglichkeiten.

Es entstand ein Dorfhaus im Finca-Stil mit einer Wohnfläche von ca. 214 qm.

Das Haus bietet im Erdgeschoß einen großzügigen, modernen Wohn- und Essbereich mit einer offenen Küche, die perfekt ausgestattet ist. Ein Dusch-Bad mit Gäste-WC steht im Erdgeschoss zur Verfügung. Eine Wohnhalle wurde aufwendig restauriert und bildet das stilvolle Herz des Hauses. Von hier aus besteht der Zugang zum Obergeschoss, dass über 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder ensuite verfügt. Jedes Badezimmer hat eine walk-in-Dusche. Eine Hälfte des gesamten oberen Stockwerk, dass sich über verschiedene Ebenen erstreckt, nimmt der großzügig bemessene Master-Room mit Bad ensuite ein.

Das Haus ist umgeben von einem mediterran angelegten Garten mit Palmen, Zypressen und Zitrusbäumen. Das Zentrum des Anwesens bildet der 13 Meter lange Pool.

Verschiedene Terrassen machen den Aufenthalt im Freien angenehm und eine überdachte Pool – Lounge sowie eine Außenküche, die mit einem Gas-BBQ-Grill und Gasbrenner ausgestattet ist, machen das Anwesen zum idealen Feriensitz zu allen Jahreszeiten. |
