New Sa Torre is a modern design villa newly built, located in the residential coastal area Sa Torre, which belongs to the municipality of Llucmajor.
The interiors of the house are of highest quality and exclusive design. The stairs to access to the superior floor are an artwork within the architectural complex. The ground floor consists of an entrance distributor with stairs to floor and basement of 170m2, a living room with TV satellite, a dining room for 8 people, a fully furnished kitchen with its own TV, a toilet, a bathroom and two bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes and a laundry room. All rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the pool.
Upstairs there is a distributor that with access to the main room of 45m2 with an amazing shower, a bathroom, a double bed, wardrobes and a terrace, as well as an office with WIFI.
The house has parquet, air conditioning and central heating and video intercom.
Exterior
On the outside the area of 1035m2 is completely fenced with three terraces with a total of about 400m2, with garden furniture and a private pool (11x3.70 meters) of salt water with sun- loungers and an outdoor shower. It has also an area for easy access for people with limited mobility and children, an exterior toilet, barbecue and parking for two cars. The house has also a mini golf for the enjoyment of the little ones. The walks through this area are relaxing with pure air and wonderful views over the sea and cliffs.
Situation
This modern house is situated 225 meters from the cliffs with beautiful views to the bay of Palma. Sa Torre is a residential area and a summer resort of the coast very quiet. The calm is absolute in this house.
The municipality of Llucmajor is situated in the south of Mallorca, in a privileged location in the Bay of Palma. The house is located only 18 km away from the airport.
Along the 47 kilometers of the coast of Llucmajor, you will have the opportunity to discover incredible bays, beaches of crystalline water and a stunning rugged coastline, where you will find peace and quiet as well as having the opportunity of sailing, to go windsurfing, jet skiing, fishing, diving, etc. The surroundings of Cap Blanc are called "Marina" of Llucmajor, an area of great natural value and natural beauty.
The nearest beaches are Cala Blava, an urbanized beach of fine sand and clear waters, 6.6 km away; Cala Pi, one of the best beaches in Mallorca, a sandy beach not urbanized, 19.6 km away; s'Estanyol, a sand beach and pebbles in a natural setting, 27.6 km away and Es Trenc, an idyllic long beach of white sand and crystalline waters 41 km away.
In Llucmajor you can enjoy a variety of both civil and religious architecture. Llucmajor offers numerous possibilities; it stands out a wide range of restaurants and spa facilities as well as shopping venues, golf, yachting, Water Park and racing circuit. The closest golf courses are: Golf Maioris 2.9 km away and Golf Son Antem Mallorca 11.7 km. The weekly market of Llucmajor takes place in the Plaza de España every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday and in s'Arenal takes place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Llucmajor has a cycling network of 400 kilometers of routes, which run both inside and along the coast of Llucmajor.
The municipality also offers the possibility to know the most emblematic places to practicing its favorite outdoor activity: hiking. You can make various excursions, both inside and along its coastline.
