Alquiler de apartamento de 1 Dormitorio en el centro de lo Pagán. La vivienda está ubicado en una de las calles comerciales más céntrica de Lo Pagán que desemboca a la arteria principal Avenida Romería de la Virgen del Carmen.

La ubicación del inmueble es inmejorable en Calle Maestro Caballero, 6 1º sin ascensor pero las escaleras son muy cómodas de subir. Su situación es privilegiada a escasos 150m de la Playa Villananitos, 100m de la Explanada, 350m de la Playa Puntica(Curva) y a un paseo de los famosos lodos medicinales(barros). La vivienda está perfectamente ubicada en la zona de comercios, restaurantes, cafeterías.. y goza de todos los servicios necesarios para su estancia.

El piso dispone de un dormitorio, cuarto de baño, cocina completa (lavadora, microondas, frigorífico, cubertería) , salón comedor , sofá cama y mueble cama extraíble, lavadero y zona para tender y balcón con vistas al Mar Menor.
