Terre di Orpiano is a converted farmstead nestled on a secluded height, surrounded on all sides by 35 acres of its own farmland with olive groves. It provides accommodation in four comfortable one and two bedrooms apartments.
The dominating position offers an enchanting sight from all sides on the soft rolling hills and overlooks the valley with the main town San Severino Marche with its medieval towers.

The apartments - Alloro, Tamerici, Terrazza and Tramonto ,each with its own distinctive décor and furnishing, can sleep between two and four people. The other is a one-bedroom apartment with a cozy restored liberty style double bed and it is ideal for honeymoons or romantic couple's breaks.
All the apartments face the property's garden and the swimming pool.
Tamerici and Alloro have a covered portico, Tramonto has a private beautiful gazebo and Terrazza has a spacious terrace. Each of this outdoor areas is equipped with dining furniture, providing guests with the opportunity to enjoy drinks and meals outside.

Terre di Orpiano is a typical Marchigian farmhouse with the original structure dating back to the 19th century.The architecture of the house reminds the territory and the renovation works have been carried out with total respect to its history and in harmony with the surrounding nature: a countryside still marked by the age old practises of farming reminding us of a gradually vanishing culture which nevertheless is still preaserved in this corner of Italy.
The house features exposed beamed ceilings with tiles throughout and it is comfortably furnished with period pieces: a harmonious blend of rural and antique furniture and the functional convenience of modern infrastructure.
Tamerici, Terrazza, Alloro and Tramonto are the four apartments available at Terre di Orpiano for self-catering holidays: three are family size with two double bedrooms and one with a double bedroom is ideal for a couple. All the units have a private outdoor area equipped with garden furniture for dining outside and face the garden where the pool is located.

The pool, measuring 6m x 13m, is suitable for children with steps down into the shallow end. It is set on a landscaped garden bordered with lavender and ancient olive trees. You can relax with a full immersion in the nature, enjoying a picture postcard landscape with distant views over the hills.
A solar heated shower and sunloungers are available by the pool. Shade sails are also provided: they are excellent to block out harmful V rays, yet still allow cool breeze to pass through.
Terre di Orpiano is the ideal location for walking and hiking, with footpath starting from the property, for birdswatching ( there are hawks with nests nearby), mountainbiking (4 bikes are available for free rent in the property).
