A 50 mètres seulement de la PLAGE, (plage de sable et de rochers : possibilité de pêche à pied) à LOCTUDY, dans le Pays Bigouden, charmante maison de pêcheur, classée 3 *, entièrement rénovée par nos soins, mitoyenne d'un côté, mur séparatif en pierres.

Vous apprécierez particulièrement, peu importe la saison, son grand confort intérieur, sa décoration bord de mer, le calme et la tranquillité des lieux.

Cuisine avec lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cafetière électrique, machine à café Sencéo.

3 chambres dont l'une avec un lit de 160cm, les autres avec 2 lits de 0.90cm chacune.

Jardin clos de 350 m2 devant la maison.

Petite vue sur mer de l'étage.

A 3,5 km, toutes commodités : médecin, pharmacie, super marchés, ports de pêche et de plaisance, quelques vélos de dépannage,

Le chauffage, s'il est utilisé, est en supplément. La consommation n'est jamais très élevée du fait de la très bonne isolation de la maison et de la température jamais très basse dans notre région.

Le ménage est désormais compris dans le prix. Il s'affiche à 80 € / séjour.

Je prends, à votre arrivée, une caution de 400 € que je restitue dans la semaine suivant votre départ. Si le règlement de la caution ne peut se faire par chèque, je signe un récépissé confirmant le dépôt d'espèces et je restitue le montant le jour du départ.

    Je vous remercie pour votre chaleureux commentaire. Je confirme que les serviettes de toilette sont en supplément si les locataires le souhaitent. Je fournis le linge de lit, les tapis de bains, les torchons et les essuie-mains. J'ai eu beaucoup de plaisir à vous recevoir à Loctudy et le ferai bien évidemment une nouvelle fois si vous le souhaitez !

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send SARL (the owner) a message.

    If SARL (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
