A comfortable four storey house located in Lodeve, about 50k west of Montpellier, France. It is a two minute walk to a stream and shops in a quiet cul-de-sac. Comprised of two double ensuite bedrooms, lounge/dining room/ kitchen and laundry. A single bed with a pull out bed underneath is located in one of the bedrooms.
The house best suits one or two couples or a family. The village is easily reached by car and well serviced by bus from Montpellier. It is a busy village of about 7000 offering a range of restaurants - from inexpensive pizza and bars to reasonably upmarket gourmet experiences. A large market sets up every Saturday offering local produce, cheeses, wines and clothing etc.
The many attractions in the area such as Carcassonne, Cirque de Navacelle, Roman temples and statute garden as well as the Colliseum in Nimes, the spectacular Pont de Gaurd, Millau Viaduct (highest bridge in the world) and well preserved wall towns dating from the Knights Templar era surround Lodeve.
