Bask in the serenity of Rumah Mangga surrounded by ponds and tropical gardens. Experience the peace of just watching the rice grow in the paddies or explore the thriving community of Ubud with its amazing culture conveniently located just 2 km away.

Rumah Mangga is one of 9 villas within the peaceful enclave of T House Kaja. The villas blend seamlessly with the tranquil landscape, surrounded by lush tropical gardens facing onto a sea of emerald paddies set against coconut palms and sunset views.

We are located in the village of Lodtunduh, about 1.5 km south of the main part of Ubud – still within easy access of town but far enough to experience the tranquility of local Balinese village life centered around the rice paddies.

The ironwood and alang-alang villa features 2 bedrooms and 2 garden bathrooms, a loft, open concept kitchen, dining and living area with wide sliding glass doors opening onto the pond-side patio and views of the rice fields. There is a fully equipped kitchen for those wishing to prepare their own meals.

Rental includes WiFi, bottled drinking water, daily breakfast prepared in the villa by our lovely girls, daily cleaning, bedding and towels.

A 14m swimming pool and bale (covered sitting area) is shared by the 9 villas in the enclave.

Although we have had many guests with children enjoy our villa, please note that around the villa there are ponds, bridges, gardens and rocks as well as steps. Children should be supervised at all times.

The T Houses were created in an environmentally conscious manner and the individual homeowners try to uphold this ethos.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Yvonne (the owner) a message.

If Yvonne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
