From the owner

Villa San Dimitrio is a private sea front home located just a few steps away from the stunning Logaras beach, and walking distance to tavernas and bars of Piso Livadi. This beautiful, fully stocked 3 bedroom home, each with a private balcony and A/C has two furnished extra large verandas where you can enjoy meals with a sea view. Additionally, on property there is a separate unique outdoor entertaining space with a bar/ seating area, grill and wet bar.

Villa San Dimitrio (125 sqm) can accommodate 2 to 8 people and is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor are two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. They each have French windows which access individual balconies. Also on the ground floor is a full bathroom. The modern fully appointed kitchen is opens into a dining and living room (with a pull-out sofa) which leads to a lovely terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea.

The second floor is accessible from within the main foyer of the villa or by using a separate entrance from an outdoor staircase, allowing further privacy. The second floor has a master bedroom with double bed and a full bathroom. The bedroom also accesses a balcony with panoramic views.

There is private driveway and parking area. Beach chairs are also available. Additionally, there is a beautiful traditional garden with lush Cycladic Island flowers, greenery and an Olive Tree Grove which produces local olive oil. Wi-Fi, TV and all other convenience are available.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Manolis (the owner) a message.

If Manolis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
