Once an old barn with adjoining house, now completely rebuilt Casa di Cinti offers stays in a studio with a private garden, furnished with a double bed, a three-seater sofa (it can become a single bed), bathroom with shower and window. Kitchen with large table, fridge with freezer and everything you need to spend a relaxing holiday between the greenery of the garden and the wood. Satellite TV. Non smoking house. We are in Anconella, near the church not far from the Futa state road in a quiet and pleasant corner of the Apennines. Open all year round. Animals welcome. FREE WIFI. For periods longer than a week, we will prepare a customized quote. Linen provided for bed, bathroom (3 towels per person) and for the kitchen, with weekly change. Heating and expenses included.

    Grazie davvero dei complimenti, molto generosi !!! Siamo contenti che vi siate trovati bene, lo scopo è quello. Spero ritorniate, ci sono ancora tante occasioni per scoprire altri angoli di natura e curiosità locali. Adesso poi inizia la stagione delle sagre e feste di paese dove è possibile trovare dei piatti tipici casalinghi cucinati dalle bravissime cuoche volontarie.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
