This spacious 3 BHK villa is nestled in the laps of Lonavala. Villa NINE is ideal for all those who love vintage architecture as this space has been carefully designed! Serving an excellent ambience, security, conveniences, services and furnishing, one couldn’t ask for more while staying here. Guests can enjoy a breath-taking view of the Lonavala valleys as they sip a wondrous cup of tea in the private lawn! Situated away from noise, guests can unwind at this place as it serves as a perfect getaway from the mundane city life. Guests can challenge each other for a game like badminton, cricket of even football and have a time of their life! It is ideal for families, young professionals, college students, women groups and not just themselves, but with also their pets! The palatial villa clubbed with the mind blowing interiors makes this a perfect holiday home when in Lonavala.

Note:

• It is a one hour drive from Lonavala.

• The last 500 metres of the road leading upto the villa may have a few potholes during the monsoons. This may lead to a 10-15 minute slow drive.

• During monsoons, there may be strong winds around Pawna so we recommend warm clothes

Good property, good n clean interiors, food was delicious and also the caretaker Nitin was very welcoming and cooperative, we didn't have to ask for anything more then once

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Garv (the owner) a message.

If Garv (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
