Villa Caiano is an amazing luxury Estate in Tuscany, modern-built but in the traditional Florentine style.

Our Italian Villas are the perfect place to take a vacation and relax yourself being in a very high-end and exclusive environment. If you are looking for privacy and luxury interiors Villa Caiano in Tuscany is the place for you. The Estate consists of a 320 sqm Main Villa, and a 215 sqm Dependance, both of which have private infinity pools.

Each Villa has its own independent access and private space.

The hosts, Idetta and Leonardo, live on the property, and therefore are always available to help you in every need.

Villa Caiano - Dependence

Beautiful luxury Villa with private pool and air conditioning, located in a panoramic position on the Tuscan hillside, in the Chianti Rufina area. It can accommodate up to 6 people, for a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

External Description

Once through the entrance gate, a well-kept unpaved road, characterized by olive trees and ornamental plants will lead you to the property.

Surrounded by a large park (1100 sqm), the Villa has an infinity pool (11 x 5,5 m), with luxury finishes in marble.

From the swimming pool, which is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and dining table, you can admire a splendid view of the surrounding Tuscan hillside.

Among the outdoor spaces you will find a loggia with a sofa and a coffee table, perfect for having evening drinks or cool off during the hot days. In the garden, next to the pool, there is an outdoor shower.

The Villa is provided with free private parking.

Internal Description

Completely renovated, the villa is spread over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 6 people, having 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is provided with air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet.

Basement: in the basement you will find an ample open space, provided with a beautiful stone fireplace, a living room area, and a kitchen with a dining table. On this floor there is also a cozy bedroom and a bathroom.

The basement is accessed through the loggia in the garden.

Ground floor: on this floor you will find two lovely bedrooms, a full bathroom, a living room with TV, a small kitchen, ideal for preparing coffee or tea, and a dining table.

The two bedrooms and the living room are very bright and give direct access to the pool area and to the terrace.

This floor is accessed through the internal or external staircases.

First floor: on this floor you will find a beautiful bedroom, with a pocket terrace and a balcony.

Price includes: final cleaning, air conditioning, utilities (water, light, gas), tourist tax, Wi-Fi internet.

Deposit: customers are required to pay in advance 500,00€ security deposit, which will be refunded at the end of the stay if there are no damages.

Meet and Greet: arrival time 16:00 - 19:00. Departure time before 10:00.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Villa (the owner) a message.

If Villa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
