The Fattoria di Caiano estate is formed by a group of buildings established around an old farm
house which stood close to the old road connecting the Sieve valley with the region of Casentino,
at the base of the Falterona mountain.
The Gori family owned those buildings and the surrounding land since the middle of the 8th.
Century.
The Villa is a three storey building of the beginning of the nineties; since it was built as residence of the owners it has more refined finishing as compared with the ex agricultural buildings.
The apartment is on the ground floor directly leading into the historical garden and the fountain through the ample entrance which is also used as a studio.
In the living room with marble fireplace the paintings of the ancestors retrace the history of the family.
One master bedroom with fireplace and one with twin beds adorned with a bas-relief of the Madonna.
