Based in the luxury area of North West London, safe and quiet with easy transportation. Bus stop right outside the apartment, with direct link ( 1 bus ride) to the famous shopping district of oxford street.

The luxury apartment is brand new, quiet and safe.

Should you wish to have a relaxing walk, the tranquil Golders hill park with small zoo is within walking distance or a 2 min bus ride.

This apartment is great for people who wish to go site seeing, shopping, long stay and relaxation.

The space

This is a new built luxury apartment - There is a large double size bedroom with a big wardrobe for the guests use.

The apartment is on the ground floor with approx. 4 steps at the entrance.

Towels provided for all guests.

The kitchen area may be used to make make tea, toast and light cooking such as breakfast. Bed sheets will be provided for the extra guests to prepare bedding.

The room has lock for guest privacy.

Great transportation links with bus stop right outside the apartment.

Guest access

You will have access to a shared modern bathroom and kitchen. There is also a large balcony area for guest use, the balcony sofa sets will be available to use weather permitting in the summer period.

There is a guest cupboard just for your use in the kitchen which has all that you need, you will be shown this on arrival, please respect my kitchen space, do not go opening all my kitchen cupboards and other storage areas.

Interaction with guests

I am a live in host, so I will be available most of the time should you need anything.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Joey (the owner) a message.

If Joey (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
