Set in half an acre of private gardens, Woodnook boasts a central location in the popular village of Longton. All local amenities are within easy walking distance and it is on the footpath that leads to the start of the Ribble Way. It has easy access to Preston, Southport, Blackpool and the surrounding area.

Manchester, Liverpool and the Lake District are an hours drive away.

Woodnook is a self contained, private accommodation and you have your own key to come and go as you please. It sleeps two adults in a king size bed, there is another single bed for an extra adult/ child and we also have a cot for a child under two.

We have designed the luxury, modern interior to make your stay extra special. Relax in your own lounge area or on the elevated, south facing terrace, which has views over out landscaped garden and to the countryside beyond.

As our exclusive guests the hospitality and customer service that you will receive at Woodnook is second to none. We have many returning visitors and our guest book is testimony as to the reason why.

If required, we will also make you a delicious, freshly cooked, breakfast and look forward to meeting you.

Woodnook sleeps two people and one child. We also have a travel cot for a baby. (Children are charged at £30 per night- paid separately on arrival). If playing outside, children must be supervised at all times.
Breakfast if required is charged at £10 per person.

Why can't I call Suzanne (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Suzanne (the owner) a message.

If Suzanne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
