The arrival to the structure is literally a kind of immersion in peace, tranquility, nature, in the refreshment from summer heat without sacrificing the modern comforts.
The accommodation is a dependence of our house it is completely independent for access and for parking and serves. All the building, was a farmhouse building in the first 800, it has been the subject of a deep and drastic restructuring in 2012 that preserving the original structure has allowed to housing all the latest comforts with special attention to climate comfort that it has been achieved without the use of air conditioning
The structure is composed of a double bedroom, a bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and shower and a multi-function room with table ,chairs, sofa, etc. The floors are old oak parquet and the bathroom is covered with hand-painted tiles
Front of the entrance there is a spacious park with grass includes a table and chairs and the shadow of one of the finest natural laurel trees in the area.
Property is composed of three units on two buildings. In the main there is our house and the B & B A'Loro, while in the old barn, about 50 meters from the house, there is another accomodation called the Casa al Fiume which a swimming pool in exclusively. The two properties are completely independent for access road and park which is separate from the rest with a wooden fence.
The whole complex is in a bend of the river Ciuffenna and is accessible from a single access road with electric gate. Thus formed a sort of natural island bordered by steep slopes behind the building and a large river valley on the stream.
So we can enjoy a splendid view over the entire property, an exclusive view of the parish church of Gropina and farm Colombaio, the absolute silence "disturbed" only by the soft rustle of the river and the coolness of the river all with extreme ease of access to all services.
In fact, the distance from the house parking to the main road is only 300 meters, the first petrol distributor is at 500 meters, 700 meters to the food, the center of the village of Loro Ciuffenna to 1500m, the town of Terranuova Bracciolini is 5 km and the entrance of the motorway is 7 km.
In Ciuffenna river, except during periods of extreme drought, it is possible to swim and fish.
From the property, you can reach the main tourist attractions of central Italy with daily visits including Rome and Bologna thanks to the direct train route. It is possible to make shopping at the outlets of the most prestigious high fashion brands in the world like Prada, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Fendi, etc., you can visit some of the most prestigious wineries in Italy and the world like Tenuta Il Borro Tenuta Sette Ponti, Tiberio, etc., you can go biking (mountain or road) along the paths of Pratomagno and Chianti, it is possible to practice trekking in the mountains on the fantastic trails and it is possible visit places, countries, cultures remained unchanged over the years.

L'arrivo alla struttura è letteralmente una sorta di immersione nella pace, nella tranquillità, nella natura, nel refrigerio dalla calura estiva senza rinunciare ai confort moderni.
L'alloggio è una dependance della nostra abitazione completamente indipendente sia per accesso, sia per posto auto che nei servizi. Tutto l'immobile, che era una casa colonica risalente ai primi dell'800, è stato oggetto di una profonda e drastica ristrutturazione nel 2012 che conservandone la struttura originaria ha permesso di dare all'abitazione tutti i confort più attuali con una particolare attenzione al confort climatico che è stato raggiunto senza l'utilizzo di condizionamento
La struttura è composta da una camera matrimoniale, da un bagno fornito di wc, bidet, lavabo e doccia e da una stanza d'ingresso multifunzione dotata di tavolo con sedie, divano, ecc. I pavimenti sono in parquet di quercia antica ed il bagno è rivestito con maioliche dipinte a mano.
Di fronte all'entrata vi è un ampio parco ad erba dotato di tavolino e sedie e dell'ombra di uno dei più bei alberi di alloro naturale della zona.
La proprietà è composta da tre unità abitative su due immobili. Nella struttura principale abbiamo ricavato sia la nostra abitazione che il B&B A'Loro, mentre nella vecchia
stalla, a circa 50 mt dall'abitazione, è stata ricavata un'altra struttura ricettiva chiamata Casa al Fiume che è dotata di piscina in esclusiva. I due immobili sono completamente
indipendenti sia per accesso stradale che per il parco che è separato dal resto con una recinzione in legno.
Tutto il complesso è in una ansa del torrente Ciuffenna e risulta raggiungibile da un'unica strada di accesso dotata di cancello elettrico. Si forma così una sorta di isola naturale
delimitata da ripide scarpate alle spalle dell'abitazione e da un'ampia valle fluviale sul torrente.
Così possiamo godere di una splendida visuale su tutta la proprietà, una esclusiva vista sulla pieve di Gropina e sulla fattoria del Colombaio, del silenzio assoluto "disturbato"
soltanto dal lieve fruscio del torrente e del refrigerio del fiume il tutto con una estrema facilità di accesso a tutti i servizi.
Difatti la distanza dal parcheggio di casa alla strada provinciale è soltanto di 300 mt, il primo distributore è a 500 mt, l'alimentari a 700 mt, il centro del paese di Loro Ciuffenna a 1500mt, la cittadina di Terranuova Bracciolini è a 5 km e l'ingresso dell'autostrada a 7 km.
Nel torrente Ciuffenna, salvo che nei periodi di estrema siccità, è possibile fare il bagno e pescare.
Dalla struttura è possibile raggiungere le principali attrattive turistiche del centro Italia con visite quotidiane compreso Roma e Bologna grazie alla direttissima. E' possibile fare
shopping negli outlet delle più prestigiose marche di alta moda del mondo (Prada, Gucci, Dolce e Gabbana, Fendi, Ecc), è possibile visitare alcune tra le più prestigiose aziende
vinicole d'italia e del mondo (Tenuta Il Borro, Tenuta Setteponti, Tiberio, ecc. ), è possibile fare escursioni in bicicletta (mountain o strada) sui sentieri del Pratomagno e del Chianti, è possibile praticare trekking in montagna su dei fantastici percorsi ed è possibile visitare luoghi, paesi, culture rimasti inalterati negli anni.
