From the owner

The apartment is located 10-15 minutes walk from the lovely sandy beach of Los Alcazares, and a short walk to the local shops, bars and restaurants. It is situated in a small, friendly, private & gated complex with beautiful gardens and swimming pools.

The comfortable, tastefully furnished lounge and dining area has Wi-Fi, a DVD player and Satelite TV with numerous British channels. The well equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave, touch control ceramic hob, oven and washing machine. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms, plus air conditioning. There is access to the large, private roof terrace from the balcony, which is an ideal place to relax and sunbathe, or even enjoy a glass of wine while overlooking the attractive gardens. The communal pool and separate children's pool are 20 yards from the apartment, making it ideal for families to cool down on a warm summers day.

There are many golf courses in the area, with two (La Serena and Roda) within 5 minutes drive. The location of the apartment makes it ideal for couples, families and golfers alike. Hiring a car is not essential as all facilities are close by with a regular bus service to Cartegena, Alicante, & Murcia. A guest "Welcome Book" full of information about the local and surrounding areas, ideas for days and nights out, and useful information regarding facilities in the apartment is available for you to study at your leisure.

There is air conditioning fitted in the rear bedroom with the double bed. Air conditioning cards are issued for 20 Euros which are payable in resort with the key holder.

**Please check out of the apartment by 12 noon, unless by prior agreement with the owner** We ask for a fully refundable deposit of £50 / 50 Euros upon arrival. This deposit is refunded by the key holder in full once the keys for the apartment have been returned & the key holder has checked the apartment for any damages or breakages. Once the final payment for the holiday has been made we will issue you with Pre Departure informations which details the full address of the apartment, directions from the airport, useful details about the apartment to make your stay an enjoyable one. Satellite TV has numerous British channels, and radio stations.Bathroom and hand towels are provided. Beach towels are not supplied. There is a no smoking policy inside the apartment, however an ashtray is provided for use on the balcony and solarium.

This was an external booking via Spain Rentals Direct not Holiday Lettings / Trip Advisor. As detailed on the Spain Rentals Direct website: "A fully completed booking form detailing arrival times & flight codes is required to be delivered to the owner, plus payment of a 25% deposit based on the full price of the holiday is required before dates are blocked off & the booking is confirmed. The final balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival at the apartment." I was out of the country & had not received the booking form from the guest. I received another enquiry plus booking form so accepted the booking. A full refund & apology has been made to the initial guest. An unfortunate event. This is the first time this has happened over a period of seven years I have been renting the apartment. Apologies again to the initial enquirer. I hope this unfortunate event will not deter you from booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jeff (the owner) a message.

If Jeff (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
