This self catering villa promises relief from stress and the opportunity to re-connect and re-charge with your family in the privacy of your own 1000 square meter enclosed estate with private pool, mini orchard and modern single level open concept bungalow villa with room to breathe for everyone.

We promise to respond to your email enquiries immediately. Your holiday is our top priority. We offer a customized welcome package to make your first day stress free. Our managers speak English, Spanish and French.

Our newly refinished and decorated, single level bungalow villa has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 full bathrooms and is completely furnished and outfitted to high standards. You will enjoy the huge patio around the pool with gas BBQ, lounges, tables, chairs with a private setting on a fenced large plot of land. There is direct access to the pool area from the house and yard. Our home is fully air-conditioned and heated. This is a great home for the elderly as well as young couples or families looking for that quick get away or longer term escape.

As you can see from our pictures, our Villa is completely outfitted with modern furniture & fittings including two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds, large fridge, 6 burner gas stove and a built in wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, TV with internet, DVD player, new bedding and top quality linens and décor. The kitchen is fully outfitted to high standards including small appliances for your convenience. You will enjoy the upscale residential community of the Barrio de la Fuensanta, just next to the town of Los Alcazares. Our home offers all the modern upgrades you would expect.

Drive to the beach in 5 minutes or walk to golf in 3 minutes, drive to many other top rated golf courses in minutes. A car is suggested.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Barbara (the owner) a message.

If Barbara (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
