Stunning two bed, two bath, air conditioned ground floor apartment with large patio/outdoor dining area in the Murcia region's most exclusive gated and secure golf resort. Overlooking lush manicured gardens with flowers, trees and hedgerows, the apartment is 10 metres from the large communal pool for the exclusive use of residents and their guests. Parking for residents is available outside the apartment or in the underground parking garage at no extra cost. The first tee of the resorts top class golf course and clubhouse, with dining and bar facilities, are a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive away and the beaches, bars and restaurants of the town of Los Alcazares 2km away.
Alongside the large patio/outdoor dining area, the apartment has a living room with 50'' flat screen TV, and a table and chairs for indoor dining (if ever needed!). The modern kitchen has all the amenities, including fridge and fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and cooking hob, microwave and coffee maker, toaster and juicer. The bedrooms consist of one large double that leads out onto the patio and has an ensuite bath and shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and is serviced by the family bathroom with shower. The sofa in the living room can be made into a bed that comfortably sleeps two adults. WiFi comes as standard.
Roda and the surrounding area is ideal for families and sports enthusiasts alike. The apartment is in a secure, gated complex, prefect for children to run around and explore. The onsite Dave Thomas designed PGA golf course is ideal for all levels of golfer with the pro shop/first tee a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive away from the apartment, as is the clubhouse for dining and drinks. Just 2km away are the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor and the bustling sea side town of Los Alcazares. Here you will find bars and restaurants to suit every taste and budget, alongside markets selling every ware imaginable from beach dresses to beautiful fresh fruit, meats and locally caught fresh fish. The area is also served by numerous supermarkets (Mercado, Lidl, Consum all within 1km) for your day-to-day groceries. The Mar Menor is also a mecca for water sports - kite and wind surfing, sailing and supping. On collecting your key from Pablo, the onsite property manager, you'll be directed to the apartment. Pablo will show how to work the air conditioning, TV shutters etc. He will also provide you with bracelets needed for the use of the pool.

The apartment is delightfully furnished with marble floors throughout and shutters on every window to keep the apartment cool while not in use. With a leather sofa and armchair the living area is a lovely area to relax in the air conditioned cool after a long day at the pool, the beach or golfing. The living room, which via double glass french doors leads onto the patio, has a 50'' flat screen smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+ (user accounts required) alongside BBC, ITV, Sky News and local channels. The sofa also opens out as a sofa bed that can comfortably sleep two adults.
The two bedrooms are subtly decorated in fine Spanish style with linens, pillows and toweling provided as standard. The main bedroom has a double bed that can be separated into two singles (perfect for golfers!) and has an ensuite with bath and shower. It also has a double french door leading out onto the patio. The shutter for this more than adequately blocks out light and so is perfect for a good nights sleep. The second bedroom has two single beds and again a black out shutter. It is served by the main bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is bright and airy, with a small terrace at the back. With all the modern amenities (fridge with freezer, double oven/hob with extractor fan, coffee machine, toaster and kettle), you'll have everything at your disposal to get breakfasts and coffees ready in the morning, make those boccadillas for lunch or serve up a feast in the evening. The washing machine and dishwasher will take care of the cleaning side of things.

The most outstanding feature of the apartment is by far and away the large patio and dining area. You'll more than likely spend most of time at the apartment here! Being on the ground floor and south facing it gets the sun for almost all of the day, but being designed the way it is you can relax in the shaded part if things get a bit too hot. For those who like the heat you can wile your time away on the two sun loungers provided, either on the patio itself or on the manicured private garden that leads off it. The patio is equipped with a glass table and chairs that are perfect for outdoor dining, or enjoying a drink in the balmy evenings. A BBQ is provided to cook that fresh fish, vegetables and local meats.
Leading down from the patio are wooden steps to the extensive pool area set in lush surroundings with manicured lawns, flowers, trees and hedgerows. This is literally 10 meters from the apartment so ideal to run in and out off, and, more importantly, keep an eye on those little ones as they enjoy the pool. There are also lovely walks on secluded pathways that lead away from the complex - perfect for an evening stroll. Indeed there are children's play areas dotted around the complex as well as the Roda Clubhouse being only 15 minutes walk away.
