From the owner

This one bedroom front line beach apartment has uninterrupted views of the beaches of the Mar Menor in Los Alcazares. Completely refurbished in 2017 to create a luxury modern environment to relax and enjoy the area with it's glorious views. Ideally located on the beach in the middle of Los Alcazares close to the old and the new town, there is a supermarket at the end of the road and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

The open plan lounge/diner and kitchen is a lovely bright, modern and airy space consisting of a 3 seater sofa and chair, dining table for four people overlooking the beach and a fully fitted kitchen with all your requirements including a water filter for drinking water. We have free wifi and British TV, there is a sound system with bluetooth and auxiliary ports so you can play your music from a phone, tablet etc. The property benefits from fitted air-conditioning and a ceiling fan.

The terrace to the front has glazing which out of the summer season is perfect to enclose or air the property. In the summer months the glazing will be removed and stored to open the space up. The terrace has a lounge bed, a perfect place to read, relax, watch the world go by and soak up the glorious views. There is also a table and 2 chairs.

The bedroom consists of a double bed with built in wardrobes, bedside tables, ceiling fan, stand alone fan and a heater for the chillier months. There is a wet shower room with toilet and sink, and a utility area to the rear with washing machine and a small freezer for your ice and lollies.

All bedding and towels will be provided along with beach towels, which will help with baggage restrictions - mid stay laundry change can be provided with a charge of 20€.

The apartment is in a small block of 11 properties. Directly on the beach with wonderful views. There is no need for a car as all the amenities are close and within walking distance. There is parking in the area but in the height of summer it can become a little harder to find.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Neil and Suzanne (the owner) a message.

If Neil and Suzanne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
