From the manager

The completely renovated and well-equipped flat for 2-3 people has a fantastic location directly by the sea. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean, La Gomera, the harbour, the beach and the neighbouring village of Palm Mar. Here you can relax, unwind and enjoy the midday sun until sunset.

The 14 km long beach promenade starts directly behind the house, surrounded by many restaurants, bars and shops. The beautiful old town and the main beach "Playa de la Vista" are only a few minutes away. Everything you need for a nice relaxing holiday is in the immediate vicinity and easily accessible on foot.

The flat is located on the 3rd floor (lift is of course available) and is furnished as follows:

The fully equipped kitchen (cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, as well as sufficient dishes, glasses, cutlery and all necessary cooking utensils) is integrated into the living room. The dining table offers space for four people. You can relax on the comfortable couch in the evening, but it can also be used as a sofa bed. A TV with international channels is also available.

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe.

In the bathroom there is a shower with window, a washbasin with large mirror and vanity unit, and the toilet.

Bed linen, towels and a washing machine are provided.

Thank you very much for the great feedback. We are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay and had a wonderful holiday. Unfortunately there are no rubbish containers inside the complex because of the entrance. However, we will remember to inform all guests where they can find the rubbish in the future. The smell in the bathroom has also been eliminated in the meantime. We would be very happy to welcome you again in the apartment. Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
