Luxury apartment in the center of the picturesque old town of Los Cristianos. Located in one of the most beautiful and cheerful streets of the town, the apartment has a large and sunny balcony overlooking the lively Plaza del Carmen. It is located 270 meters from the Playa de los Cristianos and 850 meters from the Playa de las Vistas. The apartment has: two bedrooms (one with bathroom en suite), a toilet, kitchen, living room and balcony. The building has a large elevator and beautiful entrance. The house is equipped with all the necessary kitchenware (toaster, kettle, juicer, crockery, saucepan, microwave, fridge) The beds are tremendously comfortable; Bed linen and towels are also of great quality. The price includes the use of a parking space that, although not located in the building, is 150 meters from the house. The area is fantastic to explore! The promenade (which can be done by walking or by bike) has several kilometers. In addition there is a wide variety of restaurants and shops of all kinds. The leisure offer is huge: excursions, golf courses, active tourism ... Other important aspects: 1) We take care of the cleanliness and order in our house, therefore, we include cleaning expenses that allow us to ensure that everything will be impeccable ( Additional cleaning if your stay is more than 15 nights). If your stay is less than 15 nights, manage with Tripadvisor the refund of the rate paid additionally. 2) Policy of towels and sheets: a) For stays of 7 nights or less, we leave the beds and 1 shower towel + 1 hand towel per guest. We do not leave additional bedding or towels. b) For stays up to 14 nights, we leave the beds and 2 shower towels + 2 hand towels per guest. We do not leave additional bedding. c) Stays of 15 nights, there will be an additional cleaning with change of sheets and towels.d) If you think you need more towels or sheets see the rates. We can only deliver them if you ask us before you arrive. 3) For us it is very important that each of the guests find the house in perfect conditions and for that, and in order to guarantee that all the guests will take care of the house and leave it perfect for the following visitors, we request a deposit of 450 €. The deposit will be fully refundable at the end of the stay and once the state of the house has been checked. We think it is important that the guest has the following information about the cost that, eventually, will involve the loss or deterioration of the following elements of the house: 1) Loss or forgetting the keys: full invoice of the locksmith 2) Breakage / loss of: kitchen furniture; large household appliance (including Television); interior doors; windows; wooden furniture and / or cabinets; Terrace furniture; taps bathroom screen; health; mirrors: 350 € 3) Break / loss small household appliance: € 30 (excluding microwave € 70) 4) Break / loss kitchenware glassware (glasses, plates, cups, small bowls): € 2 per piece 5) Break / loss large bowls (metal / crystal): € 7 per piece. 6) Break / loss pots and / or pans: € 10 per piece. 7) Break / lost rest kitchen utensils: € 3 per piece. 8) Break / loss dining table: full deposit 9) Break / loss dining chairs: € 100 per piece 10) Break / loss other side tables in rooms or living room: € 150 per piece 11) Breakage / loss of decoration elements (pictures , figures, sculptures, baskets, boxes, cushions of rooms and / or sofa included, decorative blankets): € 30 per piece 12) Breakage / loss of auxiliary lamps in rooms and / or living room: € 50 per piece 13) Breakage / loss sofa: full deposit 14) Break / loss of carpet or curtains: € 250 15) Break / loss of bed linen or bath linen: € 30 per piece. 16) Wine stains, grease, etc. on sofa, curtains, carpets: € 80 per piece stained. 17) Break / loss of ironing board / clothesline: 20 € Smoking is not allowed Pets are not allowed Parties and events are not allowed Adults only. Children from 0 to 2 years old and children over 12 years old are allowed. It could be unsafe or inappropriate for children. Check-in time: from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm Departure time: 12:00 am - Entry before 4:00 pm is subject to availability. The entrance at night (from 21.00 to 8.00) and during holidays has a supplement of € 15. - Departure after 12.00 am is subject to availability. The departure has a supplement of € 15 in the following cases: 1) Departure during night hours (from 9.00 to 8.00) and always subject to availability; and 2) Departure on holiday. - On December 24 and 31 and January 5, admission will be only until 3:00 p.m. - On December 25, January 1 and 6, keys will be delivered only after 5:00 p.m. - Parties not allowed. - Silence is requested after 22.00.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ana (the owner) a message.

If Ana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
