This property is rented as a vacation rental home in an extra-hotel tourism modality, in accordance with the provisions of art. 3 of Decree 142/2010, of October 4, approving the Regulation of the Tourism Accommodation Activity.

Wide and comfortable property, with late afternoon and evening sunny balcony, located in a high ground floor with swimming pool view.

Perfect for big families and groups seeking to unplug with easy access to night life, aquatic and other outdoor activities like cycling or hiking.

With 80m2 housing, and 6m2 balcony; fully and beautifully furnished and equipped with all needed appliances such as: TV - ceiling fan & standing fan - iron - hair dryer - wash machine - ceramic cooker - smoke extractor- fridge and microwave.

With all necessary home appliances like: kettle - juicer - toaster - mixer and electric coffee pot, as well as crockery - glassware - cutlery and kitchenware.

The home offers 3 bed rooms and 2 bath rooms.

Two of the bed rooms have one double bed and the third room has two single beds.

Linen provided: Bed sheets-kit per bed - kit of towels per person, (with towels for hands, face & bath) - one beach towel per person - table cloth & tea towels. Linen refreshment is provided once a week.

Cleaning service during the stay is not included; available upon request; fees apply.

The building is located in second sea line in the most perfect location of Los Cristianos, surrounded by restaurants, clubs, souvenirs shops and supermarkets; with direct access to the coastal path at 100 meters distance and at 10 minutes walking distance from Montana de Guaza, the paradise of hikers; also at 15 minutes walking distance from a big sandy beach and from the town center.

LOS CRISTIANOS MARKET is located few meters away from the property, where you will find a wide range of handicrafts, textiles and small ornaments as well as clothing, second-hand objects, vinyl records, shoes, books, etc. Without a doubt, a very charming place.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Maria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
