Southern Luxurious duplex apartment located in a beautiful area situated in the area of ​​Puerto Banus, located in second height, attic, exterior very bright without side with any other floor orientation. In the urbanization we can find 14 swimming pools, 2 of them below the apartment, many gardens, the supermarket "Mercadona" paddle tennis club, golf courses, 24 h. The house has a spacious hall giving access to kitchen, living room, bedrooms and stairs to the solarium. The kitchen is fully equipped, including hob, dishwasher, microwave and oven. The lounge has dining table for 4 people and seating area with sofa and ottoman, 47-inch flat screen TV and fireplace. The living room gives access to the terrace of 22 meters has 2 large hammocks. Along the hall is the toilet. Below is the hallway with 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed with trundle and 1.50 new latex mattress, 2 side tables, flat screen TV, 3 wardrobes and elongated window. Next door is the second bedroom with double bed, highboy drawers and 2 wardrobes. The bathroom with 2 windows is equipped with sink, bathtub with glass screen, toilet and bidet. Finally, we went to the solarium of 30 m with spectacular mountain, Marbella and Nueva Andalucía. There are parking spaces available right at the door of urbanization. A 5 minute drive we Banus nearest beach and the English Court and the famous harbor area. Also a 1-minute drive found the famous tennis club Manolo Santana tennis player, various golf club, pharmacy and shops. A 5 minute drive is the famous La Canada and the Hospital Costa del Sol mall There are 2 possible ways to reach urbanization. Easy access from the highway and another from the entrance of Puerto Banus direction developments.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Beatriz (the owner) a message.

    If Beatriz (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
