Our/your Villa is nestled amongst the Olive Groves of Andalusia Southern Spain. With views of the Mediterranean Sea to the south and the Sierra Nevada Mountains north, these views at 450 metres above sea level are awe inspiring.

Our south facing Patio, as you will see, has the best views in the area, perfect for sunbeds, al fresco dining, and the odd BBQ?

Privacy is also what we offer-except by satellite-nobody can see you!

The Villa is only 12 Years old, but combines the traditional Spanish building methods with modern day living requirements, double glazing,Satellite TV and of course free WIFI..

The Villa offers you all the facilities you would expect in your own home.

If your wish is to experience life in the true Spain, and maybe involve yourselves in the local culture including local Fiestas and Romerias you will be made most welcome.

8 minutes away is the Village of LOS ROMANES, a white washed Village undiscovered by most--with small " locally" priced shops, and excellent Restaurants-one in particular is called -"venta el charco" if you google search this you can have more of an idea of our area.

Our 8,000 litre PLUNGE POOL, complete with underwater seating and water spout gives you welcome relief from the heat in the hotter months,-- if you would also like access to a bigger Pool---

the community outside pool in the village is huge, and always kept in immaculate condition--open all summer. This is free to our guests.

Our villa is only 150 meters away but there is no direct line of sight so your privacy is secured.

Having lived here for 25 years-we are here 24 hours a day if you need us.

You truly need to visit this special place--you will never forget it--and you will return again-some of our regulars have returned for years and even have their own lockable cupboards with family photos ect to make them feel more at home.

Absolutely no glasses in the Pool--plastic ones are provided, in case of breakages in the Pool a fee of 200 euros to drain, clean and fill the pool will be required.---Please understand the importance of this for obvious reasons.
No additional guests other than those booked, without the consent of the owner.

Why can't I call Paul (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Paul (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paul (the owner) a message.

If Paul (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
