Spacious ground floor two bedroom. Bedroom 1 with double bed and bedroom 2 with two singles.Close to the harbour and beaches. A great location to explore the delights of Moray and the North East of Scotland. Lossiemouth is located in the county of Moray, which has a huge variety of outdoor attractions and events.

For tennis lovers Marine Park Lossiemouth is managed by a group of enthusiastic locals who formed the charity Action Marine Park (AMP) to revitalise and refresh the amenities and facilities.

In 2015 AMP (Action Marine Park) became a SCIO (Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation) in line with the Scottish Charity Regulator recommendations SCIO SCO43530

Two refurbished tennis courts are available for hire which can be booked online..

There are thought to be approximately 130 dolphins living in this part of Scotland and they can be seen in the Moray Firth all year round. During the winter months, the population is spread out over a wider area - so your best chance of seeing dolphins is from about May to September..There is also regular sightings of orcas during these months.

There are many places in the Moray Firth where dolphins can be spotted from land - Chanonry Point (probably one of the best places), North Kessock, Cromarty, Fort George, Nairn, Lossiemouth, Spey Bay, Cullen etc. But don't forget to take warm clothes, waterproofs & sunscreen - the weather can change quickly here in Scotland! Binoculars would also be useful & you do need to be patient! But it is definitely worth the wait.

The only Malt Whiskey Trail in the world is also located in Moray.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lynne (the owner) a message.

If Lynne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
