Beautiful villa in a stunning position with uninterrupted panoramic views of the coastline,south facing sunshine from dawn to dusk very private not overlooked yet 5 mins from the village center.

Set in a 3 acre plot on a gentle hill side with very pleasant natural vegetation over the green hill side including Olive trees, carib trees,pepper bushes,medronia trees and only the sound of the birdsong to listen too. The villa and the surrounding gardens are well maintained and kept in good condition.

The villa has a lovely large heatable swimming pool with terraces around for sunbathing, relaxing and alfresco dining.There is even a good size lawn for playing ball games to the side of the villa.

In-door/out-door table tennis for aspiring Olympians is available .

There are lovely hillside walks.

Our neighbour has a tennis court if you wish to use it for 10 euros per hour,She is a qualified tennis coach and offers tennis lessons.

She can also baby sit if you wish.

We don't know why the location arrow was in the wrong place,but we have managed to get that corrected now. There are 8 steps to the pool from the main terrace so not too challenging. It is a pity we did not know the steps would be a problem,as the villa is on a hill the steps are part of the landscape.We did not know there were elderly and infirm guests in the party.As there are two en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor at least they are convenient for elderly guests. Being on a hill gives us the splendid panoramic coastal views so you can see the coast about 10 km away and the sea beyond which is where the airport landing approach takes place in the distance whilst in total silence! Not sure why the map location is in the village center we will have it corrected.The villa description does say it is about 1 km from the village. We are on a private roadway to three villas so there is no name to the road . This is the reason why the villa is so peaceful and not overlooked.

How do damage deposits work?
